Camí de la Mina is a wine made from 40-year-old vines that grow in licorella soil in Gratallops and sandstone in Torroja providing minerality and direction to the wine.
The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous, carried out with indigenous yeasts from the grapes themselves. The maceration lasts 10 to 14 days, during which we gently stir the must to obtain a minimal and delicate extraction. Malolactic fermentation follows, and then the wine is aging for 12 months, half in French oak barrels and half in 1000 L ceramic stoneware vats.
Camí de la Mina has a very complex aromas blendind black fruits, violet blossom and spicy aromas. It is an unctuous and elegant wine.

Pachem is a wine made from Grenache grapes from different areas of the DOQ Priorat.
The fermentation is spontaneous, carried out with indigenous yeasts from the grapes themselves. The macerations are short, 8 to 10 days, during which the must is gently pumped over to obtain a very subtle extraction.
Then, the malolactic fermentation follows, followed by 8 months of aging in stainless steel and concrete tanks.
Pachem is a fresh, complex and elegant wine from Priorat with a nose marked by fresh red fruits, strawberries and cherries especially, as well as aromatic plants aromas, such as fennel with certain aniseed touches.
It is a red wine to drink in all seasons of the year. Its freshness and smoothness make Pachem the perfect wine to accompany summer barbecues.

Licos is a wine made from 100% organic white Grenache from Gandesa, DO Terra Alta.
The alcoholic fermentation is done at controlled temperature. Without malolactic fermentation, we decide on the blend to obtain a fresh and balanced wine. Then the wine is aged for 8 months in
stainless steel tanks to preserve the acidity and freshness of the wine.
Licos is an aromatic wine where we can find aromas of citrus, white and tropical fruits
mingle with notes of aromatic herbs and honey : this give to Licos a complexity of fragrances.
